We'll open our order form with your postcode filled in and show you the delivery price.
We deliver to DH1, DH2, DH3, DH4, DH5, NE37, NE38, SR1, SR2, SR3, SR4, SR5, SR6, NE8, NE9, NE10, NE11, NE16, NE21. Collection is open to everyone.

Where your rolls are left
We deliver to your property or the closest suitable and accessible point. We'll always leave your turf in the most convenient place we reasonably can, where it's possible and safe. On occasion we may not be able to leave it exactly where you'd prefer. Add any vehicle parking or access notes on the order form.
Rolls are left at the property. They aren't carried through houses or garages, along side paths or into back gardens, so a wheelbarrow and a second pair of hands help.

- Back-lane access, and whether the lane is wide enough for a vehicle
- Steep drives or steps up from the road
- Parking restrictions or permit bays
- Gate codes or locked gates
- Where on a new-build estate your plot is

Step 1
Your turf goes out
We'll let you know when it's on its way and again once it's been delivered, although the message may not arrive at the exact moment it's left.

Step 2
Count your rolls
Count them and check them as soon as they're left, before you start laying. Tell us the same day with a photo if anything isn't right.

Lay it that day
Turf is perishable. If you can't finish, unroll the rest grass side up in the shade and water it.

Can I choose a delivery time?
Deliveries are booked by the day, not a set time. Pick any open day on our order form.
What if my postcode isn't covered?
Please get in touch and tell us where you are. Collection is free and open to everyone.
