Turf for family gardens with children and pets

Letting a new lawn settle
Keep children and pets off the new lawn while it roots. Gently tug a corner after a couple of weeks: if it holds firm, it's rooting into the soil.
Water it well in its first weeks, especially in dry or breezy weather.
